1. Document & Certificate Service

You must provide all details
   
Your order will be placed through the following manner: Landline telephone, mobile, internet & personal visit if residing within the area of the substation.
   
As all orders will be reviewed for execution before confirmation, it is necessary to provide all details requested in the Service order form.
   
On Review and acceptance it will be confirmed through email or by courier in writing, if required.
   
On your return confirmation you will be intimated through e-mail or courier.
   
On your final acceptance of such confirmation of availability of service and estimated cost by My Care International will initiate execution of service.
   
If confirmation is not received within 48 hrs from date of submission of estimate the request is deemed to be nullified & the service request will be terminated but stored in your data base for future reference.


2. Availability of Service

Availability of service to you and your beneficiary is during working time.
   
There is no limitation to the number of times services can be availed if not under package deals.
   
In the event a Person is required to appear before an appropriate authority, then he must make himself available to enable for completion of execution of the service. This is relevant for Legal, Taxation, Passport, Hospital etc.
   
My Care International is only a facilitator of all services therefore we will ensure complete satisfaction of services. Our commitment is there to stay with you till you are served to the maximum.


3 . Facilities Available

  Pan Card Service
   
Can be availed at any time of the year. You requirements must be forwarded to us through writing or e-mail.
   
We will provide you with the form & with the details you provide we will up your application.
   
Your Application Form will then be forwarded with the fees payable.
   
Our My Care International personal will get in touch with our Chartered Accountant and the requisite fees will be communicated to you.
   
My Care International customer care will intimate you for your confirmation.
   
On your confirmation of the service fee you will be sent an e-mail confirming your order.
   
On you providing the necessary documents our office will fill the Pan Card application form along with your signature.
   
A service payment made to the office will be deposited in advance.
   
Delay Clause. Please read it carefully as government offices have their own momentum of working; however this is in an extreme case.
