we will accept it and confirm our service
to you through e-mail. On your firm
confirmation of your order and the cost
of service we will commence execution
of the service for you. Non acceptance
of service after confirmation will automatically
put your order in the executed mode
of discharge. |

firms attached to My Care International.
We ensure that you will be provided

Our facility is web based & also local
office based. You will be provided with
all legal remedial opinion on your matter
specifically relating to laws and reputation
of India. Hence we will provide all legal
opinion on the issues being sought by you. |

|
We provide
you assistance in preparation of various
legal documents, the legal motive draft
line of various types of contracts,
memorandum of understanding with, affidavit
encumbrance etc. Our assistance extends
to the point of securing a legal counsel
to help you in the legal documentation,
which may necessitate an authorization
letter in favour of My
Care International,
for liasoning, submitting, requesting
documents certificates for the concerned
authority / dependents. |

available only if we receive correct,

to appear in person for appending his
signature on the register of the concerned

be provided the details of the consultant

Our
service depends on serviceability
of your order. Your request will
be screened by our In-House Legal
Team & thereafter if the request
is found minimally serviceable
then you will be informed &
a service fee which will be quoted
for your confirmation. |

Any
request for change in your order
request will entail review of
the service. |

Amendment
of your order can be done within
36 hr from the review time.

thoughts clause.

confirmation the order is cancellation

Arbitration
Clause
For any dispute or controversy arising
or out of TOS shall be referred to sole
Arbitrator as mentioned who will be
appointed by My Care International.
The Client will grant consent for the
same. Procedure to be followed for will
be as in the Arbitration and Conciliation
Act (India) 1996 as amended in time.
The decision will be final and binding.
The seat of the sole arbitration will
be seated at Thane city with proceeding
in English.

Governing
Law and Jurisdiction
|
This
Terms of service shall be governed
by and constructed in accordance
with the laws of India without
reference to conflict of law principles. |

|
|
Subject
to the Arbitration Clause above,
the Courts of competent jurisdiction
at Thane city only shall have
exclusive jurisdiction over the
subject matter. |
| |
|
|
If any provision(s) of this
Terms of service is held by
a court of competent jurisdiction
to be contrary to applicable
law, then such Provision (s)
shall be constructed, as nearly
possible, to reflect the intentions
of the parties with the other
provisions remaining in full
force and effect. |

|
|
My
Care International
failure to exercise or enforce
any right or provision of these
Terms of service shall not constitute
a waiver of such right of provision
unless acknowledged and agreed
to by My
Care International
in writing. |

|
|
The section
titles in these Terms of service
are solely used for the convenience
of the parties and shall not be
taken into account for the purpose
of interpretation or construction. |
| |
|
|
If any term
or provision of this Agreement
or the application to any person
or circumstance shall, to any
extent, be invalid or unenforceable,
the remainder of this agreement,
or the application of such term
or provision to person or circumstances
other than those as to which it
is held invalid or unenforceable,
shall not be, held invalid. |
