delivery of
medicine
purchased, not
limited to
strikes’
emergency, fire,
floods, wars,
terrorism,
riots, insurgency,
tension,
blockades,
lockout, acts of
God ,or any other situation that are
beyond
reasonable
control.

My Care
International will
not be
liable in case of
deficiency,
default, negligence
by the
Service provider.
Directors,
Shareholders,
Employers,
Assignees, Sister
Concern, Associated
Enterprises, Holding Company Affiliates;
held liable for
deficiency of service
but may proceed
directly against the
Service provider.

My Care International has the right to cancel order

My Care International is subject to limitations of service that may happen at the service provider’s end.

My Care International will not Violate applicable laws of any country

My Care International will not accept orders that may be harmful to its organisation.

Limitations of number of items purchased

In case Beneficiary fails to turn up for Consultation, Tests, Check up etc, the
Contract will be deemed completed
