able to visit your local pharmacy then a My Care Personal
assistant will ensure that it will be done for you.
Manner of Execution
On receipt of your order,
My Care Personal Assistant will collect your prescription
and the requisite advance amount. The medicines will
reach you as soon as possible along with the cash memo.
In the event the medicines are not available then you
have to provide an alternative prescription especially
if the drug generic name is different. In the event
the Member is a NRI then he should obtain and Indian
Alternate drug.
