- What needs to be done by the client/customers
at the time of availing the services?
A firm assurance that the
beneficiary will permit My
Care International or Vendor to
collect and disclose all information or copies
of diagnostics test results, medical history/records,
conditions of health, treatment costs to you.
In the event the beneficiary moves against My
Care International due to disclosure
of such information then the Client/Beneficiary
undertakes to defend, indemnify and hold harmless
My Care International
from any claim, loss liability, etc. |
