All services are valid for a period of one year from the initiation of service order under the different plans.
   
If consumption / discharge of service are not availed during the tenure of the service package, the same expires and cannot be carried forward, for which a fresh service order will be issued on the payment of the respective fee structure.
   
In the event of initiating the service/order, the beneficiary due to unavoidable reason fails to avail of it, then the service can be rescheduled for another date and time as per his/her convenience provided the service has not commenced at the service providers end. Therefore, leaving the service midway will entail loss of balance benefit to him/her and hence part refund will not be available to the beneficiary.
   

Please read the conditions that affect the completion / discharge of service provided by the Consultant / Service Vendor, carefully.

   
The Healthcare package cannot be transferred from one beneficiary to another.
