The laws of India without conflict of law principles shall construe and govern the terms of services.

The Courts of competent jurisdiction at Mumbai/Thane shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the subject matter, in addition subject to the Arbitration Clause.

In the event of My Care International failures to execute or enforce every right or provision of the terms of service; it shall not constitute as waiver of full right or provision under acknowledged and agreed by My Care International.

The section / titles are solely used for the convenience of the parties and shall be taken into account for the proper interpretation or construction.

If any terms or provision of this agreement;

	Or the application to any parties.
	Or the circumstances shall to any extent be invalid or enforceable.
	The remainder of this agreement.
	Or the application of said item or prove to person or customers other than those into what it is held invalid.

My Care International has opened with a soft launch.

We are now working on the integration of the IBM server with a select number of members and our team of service personal that will enable us to sort out any software related glitches and delivery related problems if any.
