for any delay in execution of the service by the relevant
Service Provider but not limited to floods, fire, wars,
emergency, terrorism, riots, communal tension, strikes,
lockout, acts of God or any other acts not within the
reasonable centre of My
Care International.
My Care International
is not liable, in case of death / permanent disability
at hospital - The Client/Beneficiary is free to proceed
against the hospital/doctor in case of claim.
