In the case of any difference of opinion due to deficiency of service by the Service Provider, then any disputes or controversy arising out of or concerned with the terms of services will be approached in the following manner;

My Care International will appoint an ombudsman who may be a person of repute for arbitrations.

The Sole Arbitrator will follow the procedures set by the (Indian) Arbitration Act 1996 and its amendments from time to time and the award by the Sole Arbitrator shall be final binding upon My Care international and the beneficiary.

The seat of the Sole Arbitrator will be in Thane city. To facilitate and ensure natural justice all procedures will be conducted in English only.
