Emergency - Means a medical emergency requiring immediate medical intervention involving life or death situation

Charged expenses to Client: All expenses including telephone charges are not covered under the Medi-claim Insurance Policy.

Situational Emergency Case: My Care International will assist its customers, clients and their respective beneficiary for obtaining admission to the hospital and undertake the necessary documentation work, for facilitating immediate attention of the patients. However, for availing this service a signed blank cheque of stipulated amounts will be deposited with My Care International or otherwise the beneficiary blood relation must be present to take care of hospital/ pharmacy and doctors charges at the time of initiating emergency care. You must appoint two people for this and inform us of their role in case of emergency.

Scope of service: My Care International is not a hospital or a health care provider of any kind. It is only an Interfacer or Facilitator wherein these parties are brought together and ensure satisfaction and discharge of duties by the Vendors / Service Providers.

Scope of work -

	My Care International personal will make the necessary arrangements for the ambulance, hospital, lab investigation, specialty consultant.

	My Care International will employ all efforts for execution of the said service.

	My Care International cannot guarantee any diagnosis methods or its outcome or any other technique provided by the Vendor / Service Provider which may or may not achieve results. Therefore, My Care International will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of deteriorations of the beneficiary health.

	My Care International cannot authorize any surgery or be a spokesperson for the Media.

My Care International has opened with a soft launch.

We are now working on the integration of the IBM server with a select number of members and our team of service personal that will enable us to sort out any software related glitches and delivery related problems if any.
