	Medical help services (24X7). This service satisfies the need of obtaining immediate health care help in a situation of critical emergency. You must provide all Information to assist us such as name, age & sex along with your latest photograph. This service will be offered to you at the best rate at short notice. Without these details it would be difficult to service your order. This service is linked to a Medical Insurance Policy that will cover you in times of distress and severe trauma. We will assist you in settling the Medi-claim insurance and ensure your ultimate comfort.

	Emergency service is provided to any of your relations or those nominated by you for a period of 6 days. In this case My Care International personnel will liaison with your family & hospital or local care center and assist the patient in the best possible manner.

	On confirmation of the service a deposit fee paid by you will enable us to provide you with all services that will be adjusted as the service is rendered. This will ensure speedy compliance with the emergency for which you will nominate a family (blood) member who can act on your behalf. Wherein the Hospital demands the presence and signature of your relative it is necessary to have the person nominated in advance. You should nominate three persons on your behalf.

	My Care International will discharge its duty in all prudence so as to provide you the necessary comfort in crises. It is expected that once the medical care is initiated, the advice of the specialist/doctors/experts is considered thoughtfully to ensure speedy recovery and rest.
